The Reflections Mirror is our mirror photo booth: a full-length, touch-screen mirror that stands on its own frame. Guests walk up and see themselves from head to toe, and the glass greets them with animations and prompts before it takes the photo. They sign the shot right on the mirror, choose a frame, and either print a keepsake on the spot or send the picture to their phone.
This page is for anyone weighing a mirror photo booth rental in Philadelphia. It covers what guests see and do, how the prints and signatures work, the floor space and electrical supply the booth needs, what a rental includes, and the rates we publish: $299 per hour for Classic Reflections and $349 per hour for Prestige Reflections, each with a 3-hour minimum. It also sets the mirror beside our Timeless Snap print booth and our Infinite 360 video booth, because the three suit different rooms and different crowds.
We are The Timeless Capture Booth Co. We bring the booth to your venue in Philadelphia and the counties around it, and there is no storefront or public studio to visit. Our Google profile, listed under the category Photo booth, showed a rating of 5.0 from 14 reviews when it was read on October 3, 2026.
The mirror booth in numbers
$299 per hour (Classic) or $349 per hour (Prestige), with a 3-hour minimum. About 8 by 8 feet of flat floor near a standard 110V outlet. Every mirror rental includes an attendant, studio lighting, props, a custom print template and unlimited prints during the booking.
Call us with your date, venue and guest count to ask whether the Reflections Mirror is available.
What guests see and do at the mirror
The booth is a full-length mirror on its own frame, and the glass is a touch screen. The prompts on it lead guests through each step while the attendant helps with props and poses. A typical turn goes like this.
- They walk up. The mirror greets each group with playful animations and on-screen prompts.
- They pose. Studio lighting comes with every mirror rental, props are within reach, and the mirror captures crisp, studio-quality photos.
- They sign. Guests sign the shot right on the glass and choose a frame for it.
- They print or send. The photo prints as a keepsake on the spot or goes straight to the guest’s phone.
- They come back. Sessions and prints are unlimited during the booking, so nobody is held to a single turn.
An attendant runs the mirror for the whole booking. That person helps guests pose, restocks props and prints, and keeps guests moving, so nobody on your side has to mind the booth.
A mirror also invites people in, which in practice means more of your guests use it. It reads as decor more than equipment, which is why we suggest it for formal rooms.
Prints, signatures and digital copies
Signing is what our mirror page lists and our Snap and 360 pages do not. Guests sign their shots on the glass, so a print can carry a guest’s own handwriting along with your design.
Unlimited prints are part of every mirror rental for the length of your booking. A print comes out on the spot, usually in well under a minute, and guests can have the same photo sent straight to their phone. After the event you receive the full gallery.
How the print template is designed
A custom print template designed in your event colors is included. The design can carry your names, colors, logo and theme, laid out as classic strips or as full-frame prints. Templates, start screens and overlays are built around your colors and approved by you before the event, and we offer English, Spanish and bilingual designs.
Settle four things while the template is being drawn: strips or full-frame, the exact wording and date, one language or two, and whether a logo appears. Check names and dates on the proof letter by letter, because a print cannot be corrected once it is in a guest’s hand.
Print size and gallery timing
Our published pages do not give print dimensions or a delivery date for the gallery. If either matters for an album, a scrapbook or a company deadline, ask for it to be written into your proposal.
Space, power and setup
The mirror needs about an 8 by 8 foot area on a flat surface near a standard 110V outlet. It stands on its own frame and looks good against a backdrop or an existing feature wall. Delivery, setup and teardown are included in every rental, and we set up and break down around your timeline.
Before the day we confirm floor space, power, load-in and timing with you. A few things make that conversation quicker.
- Choose a spot guests pass on the way to the bar or the dance floor, not a side room they have to go looking for.
- Leave room beside the booth for a short line that stays clear of doorways and service routes.
- Ask the venue which outlet the booth can use, and send us a photo of the spot if you can.
- Tell us about stairs, elevators and the distance from the loading point to the room.
- Say whether you want a backdrop behind guests or plan to use a wall the venue already has.
Outdoors and under a tent
For the 360 booth we publish outdoor conditions: level ground, shelter from rain and strong wind, and a power source nearby. We have not published outdoor terms for the mirror. If it would stand on a patio, on a lawn or under a tent, say so when you call so the question is settled before you book.
Shelter is a real question here. The National Weather Service’s climate normals for Philadelphia show between 3.3 and 4.4 inches of precipitation in every month from May through October, the same months our cost guide names for peak Saturdays.
Tents have a City rule of their own. Philadelphia requires a tent permit for tents larger than 400 square feet, and for tents larger than 10 feet by 10 feet in a City park. The City’s page says only the tent installer or one of its employees may file the application online, so ask your tent company who is filing it. The page lists a fee of $126 per tent, plus $200 to set up on weekends or after 4 p.m. on weekdays.
Venue rules worth checking
Venues handle load-in and electrical service in different ways. At the Pennsylvania Convention Center, for example, exhibitors order electrical service through the Center’s Exhibitor Services department, and its contractor services staff explain the building’s work rules. If your event is in a hall like that, find out who orders the outlet for the booth before the floor plan is final.
Some venues also ask every vendor for paperwork ahead of load-in. Ask yours what it needs and send us the list with your inquiry, so you have our answer before you commit to a date.
What a mirror booth rental includes and costs
These are the rates shown on our pricing page and on the mirror booth page of the same site, quoted as published.
| Package | Hourly rate | Minimum booking |
|---|---|---|
| Classic Reflections | $299 per hour | 3 hours |
| Prestige Reflections | $349 per hour | 3 hours |
Our cost guide puts three hours of the mirror at the Classic rate at $897. That makes it the highest of our three published Classic totals, above the 360 at $747 and the Timeless Snap at $597.
Every mirror rental includes a professional attendant for the full booking, studio lighting, a curated selection of props, custom print templates in your event colors and unlimited prints. Delivery, setup and teardown, unlimited sessions during the rental window and instant digital sharing come with every booth we rent. Custom templates, branded start screens and personalized overlays are listed on the pricing page at no extra cost.
What moves the quote
- Hours. Three is the minimum, and the rate is charged by the hour.
- Date. Our cost guide says peak Saturdays from May through October and holiday dates in December book first and hold firm on price.
- Add-ons. A premium backdrop or a guest book can add to the quote. Ask which backdrop options your quote already covers.
- Guest count. A large guest list may call for a second booth.
- Travel. Travel rates may apply outside our service area, and we quote any travel charge upfront.
- Tax. Pennsylvania’s sales tax is 6 percent and Philadelphia adds 2 percent locally, and the state’s Department of Revenue says the tax covers the rental of tangible personal property and certain services. Our published hourly rates do not say how tax is handled, so ask for the total in writing.
For a sense of the local market, one other Philadelphia-area company that publishes its prices listed a magic mirror booth at $750 for two hours, $1,125 for three and $1,500 for four when its page was read on October 3, 2026. Packages differ in what they include, so compare the inclusions line by line and not only the totals.
Classic or Prestige?
Both tiers carry the 3-hour minimum, and the inclusions above apply to every mirror rental. Our published pages do not itemize what Prestige adds, so ask us for the difference in writing before you pick a tier.

How a mirror booking runs, from first call to breakdown
- Check the date. Call us with your date, venue, event type and guest count. An inquiry on its own does not reserve the date or create a contract.
- Read the proposal. Availability, pricing, scope, payment terms and cancellation terms are confirmed in a written proposal or booking agreement.
- Approve the design. We build the print template, start screen and overlays around your colors and theme, and you approve them before the event.
- Confirm the room. We confirm floor space, power, load-in and timing before the day.
- Setup. The attendant delivers the mirror and sets it up around your timeline.
- The booking window. Guests take as many sessions and prints as they like while the attendant runs the booth.
- Breakdown and gallery. The attendant breaks the booth down, and you receive the full gallery after the event.
We advise booking two to six months ahead for weddings and for peak dates. For most other events, three to four weeks is usually enough.
Who the mirror booth suits
We recommend the mirror for weddings, galas, milestone birthdays and upscale corporate events, the kind of room where an elegant, interactive centerpiece fits. Anniversaries and corporate galas are on the same list. The common thread is a host who wants printed keepsakes and a booth that looks like part of the decor.
We also book birthdays, Sweet 16s, quinceaƱeras, bar and bat mitzvahs and graduations, and the mirror can be requested for any of them. For a reception, wedding photo booth rental Philadelphia covers how couples plan a booth around the day. For a company event, see corporate photo booth rental Philadelphia for branded templates and start screens.
When another booth is the better pick
- You want video. The Infinite 360 films slow-motion video as a camera arm circles the platform, and the clip goes to guests’ phones. See 360 photo booth rental Philadelphia.
- The budget is tighter. The Timeless Snap, our touch-screen booth with a DSLR camera, also prints and starts at $199 per hour with the same 3-hour minimum.
- Floor space is very tight. The Selfie Station has a footprint of a couple of feet. It is digital only, so guests leave without a printed photo.
- You want black-and-white portraits. The Glam Booth shoots high-key black and white with a soft-focus retouch.
Mirror, Timeless Snap or 360: how they compare
Every figure in this table comes from our own published pages.
| Point of comparison | Reflections Mirror | Timeless Snap | Infinite 360 |
|---|---|---|---|
| What guests use | Full-length touch-screen mirror with animations and prompts | 43-inch touch screen with a DSLR camera | Raised platform with a camera arm that circles a full 360 degrees |
| What guests take away | A signed printed photo and a digital copy | A printed photo, plus digital photos, GIFs and boomerangs | A slow-motion video sent to their phones |
| Floor area | About 8 by 8 feet, flat | About 8 by 8 feet | About 10 by 10 feet, flat and level |
| Electrical | Standard 110V outlet | Standard 110V outlet | Standard 110V outlet |
| Published hourly rate | $299 Classic, $349 Prestige | $199 Classic, $249 Prestige | $249 Classic, $349 Prestige |
| Minimum booking | 3 hours | 3 hours | 3 hours |
| Three hours at the Classic rate | $897 | $597 | $747 |
Over the Snap, what the mirror’s higher rate buys is what our mirror page lists and our Snap page does not: the full-length mirror, its animations and the signing on the glass. Both booths print. Against the 360 the trade is different: the 360 produces video and our 360 page lists no prints, so if you want guests to leave with something in hand, choose a booth that prints.
This page covers the mirror only. To see every booth we rent side by side, start at photo booth rental Philadelphia. For who we are and how we handle a booking, see about.
Where we bring the mirror
We bring the mirror to venues in Philadelphia and in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties, along the Main Line and in South Jersey. Our service list also names King of Prussia, West Chester, Norristown, Bensalem and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Outside the service area a travel rate may apply, and we quote it upfront so it is in the proposal and not a surprise on the invoice.
What to check and ask before you book
These questions apply to any mirror booth company, including us. Ask them before you sign.
- The total in writing. Hourly rate, number of hours, any travel rate, add-ons and tax, all on one page.
- The tier. Which tier you are being quoted and what it adds.
- Setup time. When the attendant arrives, and whether setup and breakdown sit outside your booked hours. On our 360 page we state that they do not count against booked hours, so have the same point written into a mirror agreement.
- The print. Strips or full-frame, the wording, and a proof to approve.
- The backdrop. Whether one is part of the quote, a premium add-on, or replaced by a wall at the venue.
- The spot. An 8 by 8 foot flat area and an outlet the venue agrees the booth can use.
- The gallery. When it arrives and in what form.
- Payment and cancellation. Both are set in the proposal or booking agreement, so read those terms before you commit.
Numbers other local booth pages leave out
Before writing this page we read five other photo booth rental pages aimed at Philadelphia, on October 3, 2026. None of the five showed a dollar price, a floor-space figure or a power requirement on the page we read. Three listed no mirror booth at all, and only one stated a minimum number of hours.
That leaves a host comparing booths without the numbers that decide whether one fits the room or the budget. Ours are on this page: the hourly rate for each tier, the 3-hour minimum, the 8 by 8 foot floor area, the standard outlet, the attendant and the unlimited prints. What is not settled until the proposal, such as tax, travel and payment terms, we have named so that you know to ask.
Call us to check your date for the Reflections Mirror and ask for the proposal in writing.
Questions people ask
How much does a mirror photo booth rental cost in Philadelphia?
Our Reflections Mirror is $299 per hour on the Classic tier and $349 per hour on the Prestige tier, each with a 3-hour minimum, as published on our pricing page. Three hours at the Classic rate comes to $897. The final quote depends on the date, the number of hours and add-ons such as a premium backdrop, and travel rates may apply outside our service area.
How much space does the mirror booth need?
About an 8 by 8 foot area on a flat surface near a standard 110V outlet. The mirror stands on its own frame and can sit against a backdrop or an existing feature wall. We confirm floor space, power, load-in and timing with you before the day, so send us the room layout or a photo of the spot if you have one.
Does the mirror booth print photos on site?
Yes. Guests print a keepsake on the spot, usually in well under a minute, and can have a digital copy sent to their phone. Prints are unlimited during your booking and use a custom template designed in your event colors. You receive the full gallery after the event.
Can guests sign their photos on the mirror?
Yes. The mirror is a touch screen, so guests sign their shots right on the glass and choose a frame before the photo prints or goes to their phone. The on-screen animations and prompts lead them through it, and the attendant is there to help.
Is an attendant included with the mirror booth?
Always. A professional attendant runs the mirror for the full booking, helps guests pose, and restocks props and prints. Delivery, setup and breakdown are handled by the attendant and are included in every rental.
How far ahead should we book a mirror photo booth?
We advise two to six months ahead for weddings and for peak dates, which our cost guide gives as Saturdays from May through October and holiday dates in December. For most other events, three to four weeks is usually enough. An inquiry on its own does not hold the date: availability and terms are confirmed in a written proposal or booking agreement.
Do you bring the mirror booth to venues outside Philadelphia?
Yes. We serve Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties, the Main Line and South Jersey, and we come to your venue because there is no storefront or public studio. Travel rates may apply outside the service area, and any travel charge is quoted upfront.
Can the mirror booth be used outdoors?
Ask us before you book. The outdoor conditions we publish are for the 360 booth: level ground, shelter from rain and strong wind, and a power source nearby. The mirror needs a flat surface and a standard outlet in any setting, so describe the spot and the cover over it when you call.
What is the difference between a mirror booth and a 360 booth?
The mirror takes still photos that guests sign and print. The Infinite 360 films slow-motion video from a camera arm that circles a platform holding one to four guests, and sends the clip to their phones. The mirror needs about 8 by 8 feet and starts at $299 per hour. The 360 needs about 10 by 10 feet on a flat, level surface and starts at $249 per hour.
What is the difference between Classic Reflections and Prestige Reflections?
Classic Reflections is $299 per hour and Prestige Reflections is $349 per hour, both with a 3-hour minimum. The inclusions we publish, such as the attendant, studio lighting, props, custom templates and unlimited prints, apply to every mirror rental. Our published pages do not itemize what Prestige adds, so ask for the difference in your written proposal.
Can the print design be in Spanish?
Yes. We offer English, Spanish and bilingual designs. Print templates, start screens and overlays are built around your colors and approved by you before the event, so check the wording, names and date on the proof.
