The Timeless Capture Booth Co. is a photo booth rental company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We bring a staffed booth to weddings, corporate events, school celebrations and milestone parties across Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey. This is our own website, and this page explains how we work with the people who book us.
We do not have a storefront or a public studio to visit. The booth comes to your venue, and a professional attendant delivers it, sets it up, runs it and breaks it down. Our Google profile showed a 5.0 rating from 14 reviews when read on October 3, 2026.
Call us with your date and venue, and we will check whether the booth you want is available.
The booths we rent
Our booths are the Infinite 360, the Reflections Mirror, the Timeless Snap, the Glam Booth, the Selfie Station, the Green Screen Booth and the AI Photo Booth. We also rent the Audio Guest Book, a telephone handset that records a message when a guest picks it up and speaks. These pages go into more detail.

How we work with you
- Check your date. Tell us the date, the venue and what kind of event it is. We check that the booth is free and send you a quote.
- Approve the design. We lay out your prints, start screen and overlays in your colors and theme. You sign off on every design before the event.
- Leave the day to us. Your attendant arrives early, sets up and runs the booth. We handle delivery, setup and breakdown.
- Keep the photos. Guests go home with prints, digital copies or both, depending on the booth. You receive the full gallery afterward.
Before the event we confirm floor space, power, load-in and timing with you. The 360 booth needs roughly 10 by 10 feet on a flat, level surface, and the mirror and snap booths need about 8 by 8 feet each. All three need a standard 110V outlet within reach. Designs are available in English, in Spanish or in both.
We confirm availability, pricing, scope, payment terms and cancellation terms in a written proposal or booking agreement. Ask us about anything in it that is unclear.
What a booth rental includes
Every booth rental comes with delivery, setup and teardown, a professional attendant on site, props and studio lighting. Guests can take unlimited sessions during your rental window, and photos are shared digitally on the spot. Design carries no extra charge: custom print templates, branded start screens, personalized overlays and backdrop options are made around your event.
We publish our hourly rates on our pricing page. Each booth in the table has a three-hour minimum, and travel rates may apply outside our Philadelphia service area. We have not published rates for our other booths or for the Audio Guest Book, so call us for a quote on those.

Photos from real events
Our gallery shows photos from an alumni banquet in Philadelphia and from a Class of 2026 graduation. They came out of our booths at those events, with no models and no staging. The gallery also shows sample print templates.

Questions people ask
Does an attendant stay with the booth?
Yes. A professional attendant comes with every booth rental. The attendant delivers the booth, sets it up, stays through the event to run it and breaks it down afterward. With the Infinite 360, the attendant arrives about an hour before your start time, and setup and teardown time does not come out of your booked hours.
How far ahead should we book?
For weddings and for our peak weekends, which run from May through October plus December parties, we recommend booking two to six months ahead. For other events, three to four weeks is usually enough. Call us with your date and we will check it.
