360 Photo Booth Rental in Philadelphia: Space, Power, Clips and Prices

The Infinite 360 is our 360 video booth. Guests step onto a raised platform, a camera arm circles them, and seconds later a slow-motion clip with your overlay and music is on their phones. We are The Timeless Capture Booth Co., and this page sets out what the booth needs from a room, what it costs at our published rates, how the day runs, and which events the 360 suits and which it does not.

We bring the booth to your venue in Philadelphia and the counties around it. There is no storefront or studio to visit, so everything below is about your room, your floor and your guests. The short version is in the table, and the detail follows.

How the 360 video booth works

A 360 booth films video, where a mirror booth or an open booth takes still photos. Guests stand on a raised platform under studio lighting while a camera on a rotating arm travels a full circle around them. The footage plays back in slow motion, so a twirl, a toast or a group cheer is seen from every angle.

  1. Step up. One to four guests stand on the platform. Props are on hand for anyone who wants them.
  2. The arm circles. Our attendant cues the music and guides the group, and the camera sweeps around them in slow motion.
  3. The clip is finished. Within seconds the video has your custom overlay and music added.
  4. It lands on a phone. The finished clip is sent straight to the guests’ phones, ready to keep or post.
  5. Next group. Sessions are unlimited during your rental window, so guests can come back for another turn.

The overlay, the music, the slow-motion effect and any branded visuals are tailored to your event. Overlays and start screens are designed around your wedding colors, your company brand or your party theme. Designs can be made in English, in Spanish or in both.

How guests get their clips

Each clip goes to the guests who were in it. Within seconds of the spin ending, the video is finished with your overlay and sent straight to their phones. They can post it before they leave the dance floor.

What a guest takes away from the 360 is a video on a phone. If a printed keepsake matters more to you, that is the job of our mirror booth or the Timeless Snap, both of which we list with unlimited prints. The mirror can also be booked alongside the 360, which gives one event both a print and a video.

After the event, the host receives the full digital gallery. Two things are worth asking us when you book: how clips will be delivered in your room if phone signal or Wi-Fi is weak there, and when the gallery will arrive.

Space, floor and power needs

Plan for about 10 by 10 feet. That room lets guests move without clipping the camera arm, so keep the area clear of chairs, tables and people walking through.

The surface must be flat and level: guests stand on a raised platform while the arm travels around them. Power is a standard 110V outlet nearby. When you call, tell us where that outlet is in relation to the spot you have in mind.

Before the event we go over floor space, power, load-in and timing with your venue. It helps to tell us early about stairs, elevators, loading docks and the hours the venue lets vendors in.

Where to put it in the room

The 360 draws a crowd, because people gather to watch each spin. Put it where onlookers can stand without blocking a doorway, a bar line or the route to the buffet. For receptions, we suggest a spot near the dance floor.

Using the 360 outdoors in Philadelphia

The booth can run outside when three conditions are met: level ground, shelter from rain and strong wind, and a power source nearby. A sloping lawn or a spot far from any outlet does not meet them. For outdoor events we recommend a covered or tented area, which protects the equipment and the lighting.

Philadelphia weather is why the shelter condition matters. The National Weather Service’s 1991 to 2020 climate normals for Philadelphia put the average July high at 87.8 degrees Fahrenheit and July rainfall at 4.38 inches. Every month from May through October averages between 3.34 and 4.40 inches of rain, so an outdoor event in those months needs cover in the plan from the start.

Cover can bring a permit with it. The City of Philadelphia requires a tent permit for tents larger than 400 square feet, and for tents larger than 10 feet by 10 feet in a City park. The tent installer files the application, the fee is $126 per tent with a further $200 to set up on weekends or after 4 p.m. on weekdays, and the installer must hold a certificate for at least $1,000,000 of general liability cover. Since the booth area alone is about 10 by 10 feet, a cover with any margin in a City park is over that line, so raise it with your tent company early.

If the event is on City property, the organizer deals with the City, not the booth vendor. The City says hosts of events such as festivals, concerts and flea markets may need a special event permit, at $25 when the application goes in at least 90 days ahead and $75 inside that window. Events held on City property must have general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 that names the City of Philadelphia. Parks, fields and recreation centers are permitted separately by Philadelphia Parks and Recreation.

How the day runs

  1. Before the date. We design your overlay, match the music to the event and go over floor space, power, load-in and timing with the venue.
  2. About an hour before your start time. Our attendant arrives, sets up the booth and tests it. This hour is not part of your booked time.
  3. During your booked hours. The attendant stays for the full booking, cues the music, guides each group and keeps the line moving. Sessions are unlimited.
  4. At the end. The attendant breaks the booth down. Breakdown is not counted against your hours either.
  5. Afterwards. The host receives the full digital gallery.

The minimum booking is three hours, and that means three hours of the booth running, since setup and breakdown sit outside it. Choose a start time for when the room will be busy, because the clock runs from your start time and not from when we arrive.

What is included and what it costs

These are the rates we publish on our pricing page and on the 360 booth page of timelesscapturebooth.com. They are hourly, and both tiers carry a three-hour minimum.

PackagePublished rateMinimum booking
Classic Infinite$249/hr3 hours
Prestige Infinite$349/hr3 hours

Three hours of Classic Infinite comes to $747, which is the base total our own cost guide gives for the 360. Every 360 rental includes the following.

  • Delivery, setup and teardown
  • An attendant on site for the full booking
  • Studio lighting
  • A curated selection of props
  • Custom overlays and music matched to your event, plus a branded start screen
  • Unlimited sessions during your rental window
  • Instant digital sharing to guests’ phones

What changes the total

  • Hours. Three hours is the minimum, and each added hour is the main way the total climbs.
  • The date. The final price depends on your date as well as the hours.
  • Add-ons. Our cost guide names premium backdrops and guest books among the add-ons that change the price.
  • Guest count. The guest count may warrant a second booth or a second attendant.
  • Travel. Travel rates may apply outside our service area, and any travel charge is quoted before you book.

Classic or Prestige?

Both tiers are listed with the same three-hour minimum. Ask us what Prestige adds for your event and have it itemized in your written proposal before you pick a tier.

Two things are not on the rate card. The first is sales tax: our published rates are hourly figures, so ask us for the total with any tax and travel included. Pennsylvania’s sales tax is 6 percent with a further 2 percent local tax on purchases made in Philadelphia, and the state imposes it on rentals of tangible personal property and on certain services. The second is the booking itself: sending an inquiry does not reserve a date, and availability, price, scope, payment terms and cancellation terms are confirmed in a written proposal or booking agreement.

For a local yardstick, one Philadelphia events company that does publish its rates listed a 360 booth at $750 for two hours, $1,125 for three and $1,500 for four when its page was read on October 3, 2026. Our Classic Infinite for three hours is $747. Packages differ in what they include, so compare the inclusions line by line and not only the totals.

Events the 360 suits, and events it does not

The 360 is at its best in a room with music, movement and people who want something to post. A crowd gathers to watch each spin, which makes the booth part of the entertainment and not only a photo stop.

  • Weddings. At receptions we set it near the dance floor, where guests gather to watch other guests spin. Booth choice for the whole day is covered on our wedding photo booth rental Philadelphia page.
  • Sweet 16s and bar and bat mitzvahs. It usually wins with a teenage crowd, and it is the booth we are asked for most at Sweet 16s.
  • QuinceaƱeras. It keeps pace once the dance floor fills. Many families pair it with the mirror booth: the mirror for the vals and the presentation, the 360 for later in the night.
  • Milestone birthdays. For 30th, 40th and 50th parties, the 360 is our most popular booth.
  • Graduations. It adds a video moment when you want the party to feel like an event.
  • Company events. We suggest the 360 for galas and fundraisers, and we also book brand activations, conferences and launches, and year-end parties. Overlays and start screens carry your company’s branding. See corporate photo booth rental Philadelphia.

It is the wrong booth in a few cases. For a party of young children we point families to the Timeless Snap. If printed keepsakes are what you want guests to carry home, a printing booth does that job. If the room cannot give up a level 10 by 10 foot area, the Selfie Station needs only a couple of feet of floor.

On a trade-show floor, check how the building supplies power before you choose the spot. At the Pennsylvania Convention Center, for example, exhibitors order electrical service from the Center, online or through its Exhibitor Services, so build that order into your planning for any booth on the show floor.

360 booth, mirror booth or a smaller option

Every rental comes with an attendant, props, studio lighting and digital sharing. What changes from booth to booth is what guests leave with, how much floor it takes and what the published rate is.

BoothWhat guests leave withFloor spacePublished rate
The Infinite 360A slow-motion 360 video on their phonesAbout 10 by 10 feet, level$249/hr or $349/hr, 3-hour minimum
The Reflections MirrorSigned photo prints plus digital copiesAbout 8 by 8 feet$299/hr or $349/hr, 3-hour minimum
The Timeless SnapPhoto prints plus GIFs and boomerangs sent to phonesAbout 8 by 8 feet$199/hr or $249/hr, 3-hour minimum

The mirror is the nearest alternative at a similar rate. It is a full-length touchscreen mirror that takes still photos guests can sign and print, and it asks for less floor than a rotating camera arm does. The details are on our mirror photo booth rental Philadelphia page, and every booth we offer is set side by side on the photo booth rental Philadelphia page.

What to check or ask before you book

A 360 booth asks more of a room than a booth that stands against a wall. Ten minutes with your venue coordinator and a short list of questions for the booth company will settle most of it.

At your venue

  • Is there a clear, flat, level area of about 10 by 10 feet that is not a walkway?
  • Where is the nearest standard 110V outlet?
  • How does equipment get in: stairs, elevator or loading dock, and from what time are vendors allowed to load in?
  • Does the venue require paperwork from outside vendors? If it does, send us its vendor requirements when you call.
  • For an outdoor spot: is the ground level, what is the cover, and does that cover need a City tent permit?

Of us, or of any 360 booth company

  • Is setup and breakdown time billed? Ours is not.
  • Is an attendant there for the whole booking? Ours is.
  • How many guests can stand on the platform at once? Ours takes one to four.
  • What does each price tier include, in writing?
  • What is the total with travel and any sales tax?
  • How will clips reach guests’ phones in this room, and when does the host’s gallery arrive?
  • Can we see the overlay before the date?
  • What are the deposit, payment and cancellation terms in the booking agreement?

Details most booth pages skip

Five other Philadelphia photo booth rental pages were read on October 3, 2026, while this page was being prepared. None of the five showed a price on the page, and none gave the floor space or power a booth needs. That leaves a buyer unable to tell whether a booth fits the room or the budget without calling or sending a form first.

So this page puts those numbers at the top: the hourly rate and minimum, the 10 by 10 foot area, the standard 110V outlet, the one to four guests on the platform and the unbilled hour of setup. If another company’s page leaves them out, they are the first things to ask for.

Booking, lead time and where we travel

For weddings and peak dates, which for us means Saturdays from May through October and December party dates, book two to six months ahead. For other events, three to four weeks is usually enough.

We bring the 360 to Philadelphia, to Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties, to the Main Line and to South Jersey. That takes in King of Prussia, Norristown, West Chester, Bensalem and Cherry Hill. Travel rates may apply outside that area, and any travel charge is quoted before you book.

Our Google profile, listed in the category Photo booth, showed a rating of 5.0 from 14 Google reviews when it was read on October 3, 2026. There is more on how we run a booking on the about page.

Questions people ask

How much does a 360 photo booth rental cost in Philadelphia?

Our published rates are $249 per hour for Classic Infinite and $349 per hour for Prestige Infinite, each with a three-hour minimum, so the lowest total is $747. Extra hours, add-ons and travel outside our service area change the final quote. For comparison, one local events company that publishes its prices listed a 360 booth at $1,125 for three hours when its page was read on October 3, 2026.

How much space does a 360 booth need?

About 10 by 10 feet on a flat, level surface. That gives guests room to move without clipping the camera arm. The area should be clear of furniture and foot traffic, and we go over the spot with your venue before the event.

What power does the 360 booth need?

A standard 110V outlet nearby. Tell us where the outlet sits in relation to the booth spot when you call. On a trade-show floor, check how the building supplies power: at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, exhibitors order electrical service from the Center, online or through its Exhibitor Services.

How do guests get their 360 videos?

Within seconds of the spin ending, the clip is finished with your overlay and music and sent straight to the guests’ phones. The host receives the full digital gallery after the event. If your venue has weak phone signal or Wi-Fi, tell us beforehand and ask how delivery will work in that room.

Does the 360 booth print photos?

The 360 is a video booth, so what guests take away is a slow-motion clip on their phone. Printed photos come from our Reflections Mirror and Timeless Snap booths, which we list with unlimited prints. The mirror can be booked alongside the 360 if you want both a print and a video.

Can the 360 booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, if the ground is level, the booth is sheltered from rain and strong wind, and a power source is nearby. In Philadelphia, a tent larger than 400 square feet, or larger than 10 feet by 10 feet in a City park, needs a tent permit filed by the tent installer. Philadelphia averages more than 3 inches of rain in every month from May through October, so plan the cover first.

How long does setup take, and is it billed?

Our attendant arrives about an hour before your start time to set up and test the booth, and breaks it down afterward. Setup and breakdown are never counted against your booked hours, so a three-hour booking is three hours of the booth running.

How many people can use the 360 at once?

The platform holds one to four guests at a time. Sessions are unlimited during your rental window, so larger groups can take turns and guests can come back for another clip.

Is an attendant included with the 360?

Yes. Every 360 rental includes an attendant on site for the full booking, along with studio lighting and a selection of props. The attendant sets up, guides each group, keeps the line moving and handles the breakdown.

What is the difference between Classic Infinite and Prestige Infinite?

Both are hourly rates with a three-hour minimum: $249 per hour for Classic Infinite and $349 per hour for Prestige Infinite. The scope of each booking is confirmed in a written proposal, so ask us to itemize what Prestige adds for your event before you choose.

How far ahead should we book a 360 booth?

For weddings and peak dates, meaning Saturdays from May through October and December party dates, we advise two to six months ahead. For other events, three to four weeks is usually enough. An inquiry does not hold a date. The date is confirmed in a written proposal or booking agreement.

Is there a travel fee for the 360 booth?

Travel rates may apply outside our service area, which covers Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties, the Main Line and South Jersey. Any travel charge is quoted before you book, so it appears in your written proposal and not as a surprise afterward.
